Oreder LEF File in SocEcncounter for Nangate_OCL_15nm

hello my friends
i want to move from 45nm to 15 nm in soc encounter but I have problem with lef fiile. in fact Nangate_OCL_15 nm has only 2 lef file (.macroand .tech) so the design is not imported ( with Lef file error)
can you help me? or have you used 15 nm library in Socencounter

Usually you need to read the tech file first, then the macros.

If you want some help, post the exact error message and the command you've used.

unfortunately, in package 15 nm there are only 2 lef files. ( .macro.lef and .tech.lef) there is nor lef file for cell or .lef
i download this package from nangate site but i do not know why it is not complete? can you help me?
