what is the means of order parameter in Harmonic-Balance simulation? from where i know set this parameter to what value for my simulation? if it be smaller is good or be larger?

In HB simulation order means order of the frequency.
if order is set to 5. it means that your system is having significant contributions by the frequency spectrum up to 5 times of the maximum input frequency because of the non -linearity of the system.
Hope this help you for better understanding.

thanks for reply
is it true that if i set this parameter to larger value is better in result?

Regards

Yes but it may take longer simulation time and you may end with very low spectral component at higher frequencies.
With one or two simulations you can guess the optimum value of order.
