i need to simulate this DC/DC buck converter circuit for two differente temperatures (27°C and 150°C) knowing that the DCDC buck converter TPS62110-HT withstand to 175°C, but i had this error

I have never used Orcad, however the internet tells that you have a model issue. In the model there is an expression where division by zero happens probably.
