If you can share the complete design database, one may be able to help. Just OPj is of no use. You may want to use archive design function (File>Archive)
M7 and M8 do not have a definite bias at their gate. One is N-type and the other is P-type. Would it help if you swap them around? Or install a 10k resistor from their gates to a supply rail?
The node between them appears to have no way to reach a definite volt level. Does it help if you attach a resistor between it and a supply rail?
Likewise the node above M23-M24-R152 seems to have no way to reach a definite volt level.
