Orcad Error, Please if possible check this Lib in your Orcad

orcad error codes

Hello my friends,

I use Orcad 16-2, I want to use AD8114 which is attached this part (.Olb) but I don't know why I have 2 errors:

ERROR [NET0085] Part AD8114.U1A has no 'MODE' property
ERROR [NET0077] Pin in template not found on AD8114.U1A
I don't know what's in?? I define IN00~15 as shown in PspiceTemplate, and I selected just for
Implementation Type: Pspice Model

and also define,
PspiceTemplate

but I don't know why <pin in> and also I've checked pins and I've also looked at Capture/Open/Library../AD8114.olb and Right_Click /Edit Part with pins but all of them are matched.
Main aim: Could you please check this lib in your Orcad and tell me this lib is correct or not, I just want to check it with your Orcad may find my mistake and if you find my mistake please tell me what's my mistake to correct me, thanks a lot,

some libraries in orcad is only for schematic not for simulating,

check it if it is such a this format.
