The DRC check has no errors. But Capture hangs there forever in the "netlisting the design" step with no error logs.

When "Capture Hangs on Physical Netlist" it usually mean that the process spawned by it "pstswp.exe" has aborted or is hanging. You can take a design that works for you. Netlist it out. In session log you will see the command usage of pstswp.exe. Execute the same from command line for the design where netlist does not work - you are likely to see the problem. What version of software are you using?
