Try iCoupler from Analog Devices.

Do you want analog or digital?

Agilent (HP) has jillions of fast digital ones:

tlp759, tlp250,251,350, some of the hcpl series, icoupler, 6n137. These have some advantages and disadvantages but all have higher speed than you want. Look at them an decide one of them that suits you.
