optocoupler interfaced with micro controller

Hi
I am doing project in opto coupler.In that project opto coupler is interfaced with micro controller.That opto coupler is producing the logic 1 when it is given with 1.6V.Can you please specify the opto coupler which should produce logic 1 only after 11V....
 

I think you are driving the diode of the optocoupler directly .
You can use a comparator to compare with 11V and give its output to drove the optocoupler.
 

Put a 10k pot between the drive stage and the opto input; keep increasing the resistor till the opto reacts. Measure the resistance at this stage and replace the pot with a fixed resistor close to the value you measured.
