hello,

can anybody give me ideas on how to determine optimal threshold.

Threshold voltages , you get theoretical and also by performing simulations.

You can perform the simulations on required device and check when it switches on.

I need few ideas on how to determine threshold of the features.

What do you mean by features?

By the way, Which device you want it to be measured? MOSFET?
Do you have any Simulation Tool?

I have extracted few parameters of a signal. I wanted few ideas/methods to determine threshold of these parameters.
 

If the device, you are looking for is MOSFET, Theoretical calculation of threshold voltage is given here:

You can find theoretical derivation of particular device in respective books.

To identify the set of digitally modulated signals, parameters such as mean, moment, cummulants are extracted from information of signal. By comparing the parameter value of the signal with a certain threshold, the digitally modulated signal is identified. So in this context, I need few ideas on how to determine thresholds of these parameters.
