Opnet Simulator Execution Problem

I want to create a network in opnet in which 1 attacker & 3 legitimate nodes are connected to a server via a switch. I want to set the threshold of the server to a specific value say 100. So now server will allow only 100 connection till the timeout period of one of the connection is over. I also want to set the time value specific say 10 seconds or 15 seconds for every connection. Please guide me on this.
