i´m a beginner FPGAs user. In my research project, my goal is to know waaht operation systems are used in FPGAs an CPLDs. I´m very confused over the difference between VHDL o similar lenguages and operatios systems.

If you begin a project oL FPGA don't try to understand all at same time, so try to learn the VHDl(don't worry vhdl is very sample) cause it's more use than verilog even after you can be back to learn other like verilog or shematics and you try to use the quick start tutorial of xilinx for example(if you need it I can upload it for u). For OS i never use lunix i'm workin on NT.........................MOC.................thanx:D
