Hi,

I am wondering if there is any way to open the allegro board source files in some software other then Cadence because I don't have it. I am working with Xpedition by Mentor Graphics. Is there any way to open the allegro board files in Xpedition ?

You can freely download Allegro Viewer from Cadence website. It opens any size of *.brd file but you cannot edit and of course output is disabled.

Hi, I have installed Allegro PCB Viewer. All the layers and nets are visible. Is it possible to look at the stack up ? The thickness of dielectric and each layer thickness ?
