Opencv face traker+servo controll using pic or arduino of pinguino+vs2008

hi everyone. recently working with opencv face traking. still working on it. but my goal is to make a portable face tracker. Primarily i want to build a serial communication with controller [ lets say PIC ] within opencv code [ opencv 2.1 + Visual studio 2008 ]. so how can i do this . i know c. but little in c++.so it will be helpfull if the code is explained. also if anyone can get any full project about this topic, pls give the link or post it.

and give me an overview how i can use the face co-ordinate to control servo. [ still facing problem to control servo using PIC. first loop works and get stuck]
