op amp circuit design

Hi,

I am trying to come up with a design of an operational Amplifier
circuit design which will provide an output voltage C = 2A + 3B, where
A and B are time varying input voltages....

I would greatly appreciate any help on this !!

non inverting summer op amp

Ok, so you need two circuits that can perform a multiplication by a constant, and one circuit that can add the results right? I suggest you to search on "opamp adder" for the last part.

About the first part: The multiplication of the signals A and B is basically an amplification right? So if you need to amplify a voltage, and you would like to have a voltage at the output again, you need a voltage amplifier... Hope this helps.

I guess you know how to generate a voltage amplifier.Basically you need to use opamp in feedback mode(non inverting configuration ) in your case.

This is the design of an non-inverting summer I came up.
Where Vi1 = A , Vi2 = B and Vo = C
However, I do not know what possible values should be the resistances...

use opamp in inverting amplifire configuration,use
R1= 3k , R2= 2K & Rf = 6k,then apply ur A to R1 and B to ur R2,n check the output,
