Hi,
Our spec is 10-32Vin, 13.6Vout, 3Aout. Isolated

So we are looking in to a One transistor Forward at 120kHz on a E25/13/7.
(LTspice and PNG attached)

However, the loss's caused by the likely levels of leakage inductance are excessive.
Greater than 6W in the primary clamp.

Also, the transformer leakage will have to be very low in order to actually be able to achieve the output voltage
and max power at all. Any more than 500nH of leakage in the primary and no amount of increase of NS/NP will
make it regulate up to 13.6V at 3A.

As such, would you agree, this is a job for either a two transistor forward or a flyback?
