Does anyone have good ideal about refernce circuit for ADC design.
internal refernce circuit. No add external cap , Thanks
 

Look up some papers on bandgaps. That's what everybody uses.
 

u can get good Voltage reference on chip with Bandgap with out external Cap... but not a I-reference without external resistor

to make life easy, use the simple series resistors voltage reference circuit. for more advance.. PTAT configuration is always my choice.
 

U cant get current refernce without external resitor. u can generate stable voltage refernce that can be converted to current by using a resistor.
