How to determine the characteristics impedance and electrical length of offset lines of Doherty power amplifier? Are there any equations to do so?
 

If you are an IEEE member or a student with access I think there are papers on this topic.

This paper "Offset Lines in Doherty Power Amplifiers: Analytical Demonstration and Design"
may be of use.
