Hello,I the lecture shown bellow they mention a method where we only need one mixer and digital FFT to do demodulation .
I cold not find materials on the method.
How exactly FFT could help us memodulate OFDM signal?

You sound beginner in the area of FFT. You are diving direct to videos and forum. This approach is wrong. You better be realistic and acquire enough background first then ask specific questions.

I cant visualise the process.

Google "ofdm" and you get many hits.
You need first understand time domain versus frequency domain (FFT/iFFT) then move to ofdm.

The use of FFT/iFFT in ofdm is specific to some communications such as LTE, WiFi...

You might as well start from QPSK/16QAM mod/demod as starting point.
So it is plenty DSP
