obtain 180 degree phase between two dc voltage

ı want to obtain right pwm dc voltage and left pwm dc voltage which is in the left side of the picture. the right pwm dc voltage and left pwm dc voltage varies between -1.25 V and +1.25 V as you can see in the right side of the picture. right pwm voltage and left pwm voltage must have same magnitude but opposite phase. for example Vrightsignal= 0.95V , Vleftsignal = -0.95V or Vleftsignal= 0.95V , Vrightsignal= -0.95V.
how can ı obtain this situation.

You are talking about a simple inverting amplifier with G = -1. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Operational_amplifier#Inverting_amplifier

A DC voltage doesn't have a phase, by the way.
