I have an old hewlett packard HP8753 analyzer with a broken disply. I have looked at the disply and it has bad multiplier chips on the circuit board. The part is made by HP and is number 1NB4-5003. Does anyone know of source for these old parts?

Have you checked ebay? Lots of equipment for sale "as is" for parts. May be able to buy a damaged analyzer and piece together.
