Number of power amps in GSM and 3G phone

Hi,

I need information on how many power amps are used in the circuits of GSM phones and 3G phones. According to circuit diagrams that I found on the net for some 3G phones they generally utilize 4 power amps. On the other hand I was reading that 3G phones use 5 power amps. I could not find any information for GSM phones. Can somebody help?
