Not Responding For SIM cards Starting with +9195xx

I m using SIM300 for the past one year.Now i m facing a new problem that SIM cards which s starting with 95xxxxxxxx is not registered in the network.So i can't communicate between two devices.Can anyone help for me.



Note:
The same SIM cards working with Other modems like Siemens, Visiontek....
