Hello.
I want to buy an oscilloscope, I was thinking for a tektronix TDS2014 but it is too expensive. Of course, I have work with a tektronix oscilloscope before and I really like it, but I was also thinking of a cheaper PC oscilloscope.
My main questions are these:
1) Why many people don't like PC oscilloscopes?
2) The characteristics of PC oscilloscopers are not so high as on normal ones?
3) Prices are indeed cheaper?
4) Could you point some good PC based oscilloscopes, around 100 MHz?
5) This is an idea, a small TFT touch screen could be better than the normal PC screen, certainly more friendly.
Thanks.
Bill.
P.S. I would also like to know about logic analyzers, once in this forum I saw a very good one.
