No of users increase, BER decreases in BPSK - DSSS system

Hello,

I am implementing a multi-user BPSK _ DSSS system on SIMULINK using LMS equilizers to reduce the multi-user interference however, with my model, i am getting a decrease in bER with every increase in the no of users. Can anyone tell me where I might be going wrong as I dont know why this may be happening ..
Should I adjust the delays in the other user signals while adding them up ?
I have used GOld spreading sequences , with different order for different users
data time period : 0.6
chip time period : 0.04


please let me know if additional details are required.
