i m new in programming microcontroller. can somebody explain what do these codes mean?

Re: programming help!!

this program will take upto 5 digit number
converts it to ascii and send it to the UART

it adds 0x30 for an ascii value and it uses / for getting different digits in its place
the if condition is for knowing how many digits places are there to send on uart
