hi guys, im a physics student from argentina and i recently got into electronics, and now im in the point where i can understand how they work and how to read a circuit diagrams but i don't know how create a new one, and i need a example of one for something i want to do

i have a buch of dead old phones, (batery, crashed screen, not working keys, etc) but i think in a few, the camera still work... so what i want to do, is to remove the camera, and make it work out of the phone, (so i can record a few experiments 24/7) can someone give me a diagram and a few tips about how to do it?, thanks!

Welcome to the forum, Julian!

There are many different cameras with different interfaces, so it's impossible to give you a "once fits all" circuit diagram to connect them. Could you specify the model number?

You need to know the camera module model number not the phone model number. You might be able to find out the camera module used for a particular phone model but that isn't guaranteed as they may use footprint compatible parts that require different firmware running on the phone's processor to setup the camera.

Try to determine what camera module is used and get the datasheet from the manufacturer to determine how the camera is controlled and the recommended circuit needed to power the module and interface to it.

Here is an example of an ST Micro camera module. If you look at the data sheet it's not a trivial project to just hook it up and expect it to work.

If you are just starting out with electronics you might want to consider a project that is less complex.
