new image encryption algorithm using block based transformation

Hi,

i am doing a image encryption project..in this i use blowfish algorithm for encryption and decryption..firstly i have to apply block based transformation to the image where the image is divided into blocks of random size and then blowfish algorithm has to be applied to it..i am using Matlab for this purpose..can any1 please guide me how to apply blowfish algorithm for a image..please reply asap..
