Port "sub!" IN CMRF7SF V2000 PDK

Hi everyone,

I am checking the LVS of cmrf7sf V2000 pdk. I created a very simple schematic which contains 2 poly resistors. The resistor has implicit terminal named "sub!". When I ran LVS, the report is that missing port "sub!" in layout. And I don't know how to fix this problem. Has any one encountered this problem before? Please help me. Thank you.

In the layout you need contacts to the substrate. At the schematic in IBM technology is a special cell named subc which provide it.
