Hi,
i want to ask how adc senses -ve voltage and generate the code for it.

Well it depends of what ADC you want... Just define the levels for ADC... If you use inverting amp you will lose information of positive signals....

Hi,
Actually i just want to know if there is a bipolar signal is coming through feedback to ADC so which type of ADC should be used ,so if there bipolar ADC , quetion is how it works?

for negative voltage you can simply take it to an inverting amp(with opamp).

it depends on reference voltage of ADC.

ADCs typically can be configured as bipolar. Some of the ADCs have the 'bipolar' pin as separate. You dont have to worry about it. If its bipolar, check out the codes, its going to givedigital '0000' for the max -ve value
