Need your help with ADS.

Hi guys,

I am a starter for ADS. I am trying to establish a simple circuit with mosfets. I found no matter how I changed the width and length of the nmos its Id was not changed at all. I m using MM11_nmos and mos_model11_electrical. I gave 2.5v for vgs and 5v for vds. I changed the w/l from 5um/1um to 1000um/1um but nothing changed for Id, it is unreasonable , isnt it?
