Need your help on PWM

Hi , every one :
I design a PWM controller . When the PWMC connected in the system ,
the connected transfermer make noise sound . But if the PWMC was replaced
by some PWMC ,such as TL494 or other , the sound disapeared .
So what's the problem and how to resoveled , maybe the PWMC IC design
need some change ?

Your system may be Unstable or on the boundry of unstabilty.
