[SOLVED] need your comment abt the result of an antenna

there is another antenna i have designed and i m getting these parameters
gain
frequency 9.2 ghz
incident power = 0.01(W)
radiation effeicency 36.42%
antenna effiency 36.36%
gain 5.29 dbi
directivity 9.68 dbi
3db beam width (42.15, 92.1997)deg
vswr 1.08
return loss= -27.72

can anybody tell me abt this antenna that is it a good antenna or still any parameter needs to be improve

i want to ask you that i m going to design that antenna. i have loaded the pciture of it.so what parameters should i take. what should be the relative permittivity and thickness and the tangent loss that can give the best reults. please guide me
