Re: S.O.S Analog Design

Can I find the Ebook about CMOS circuit design, layout and simulation?

Re: S.O.S Analog Design

net speed is slow, it wastes a lot of points but do nothing!

Re: S.O.S Analog Design

Check out some University's web site. Sometimes course notes are downloadable from there. Good summary notes are provided, better than long-winded textbooks.

Re: S.O.S Analog Design

You can read CMOS ANALOG INTEGRATED CIRCUITS DESIGN by BEHZAD.RAZAVI, you also should do some exercises such as amp,
otm,and so on

S.O.S Analog Design

do some practices, such as opamp, regulator ,if you have enough experience, design a D/A

S.O.S Analog Design

I am sure that learning something about designing the opamp will give you more deep understanding about analog design.

Re: S.O.S Analog Design

may i know how to connect the bulk junction in layout using Microwind?
and how to remove the VDD when extracting the netlist?
TQ

Re: S.O.S Analog Design

If you are working in this industry, in the analog / digital design, it's best to learn from experienced colleagues. If not, try books and better to practice.

You can post this in a new topic..
a> But what transistor are u speaking about when u say bulk?
b> Why would you want to remove VDD after extraction??!!
