need to know LOCK fuse setting in extreme burner

i am using USB programmer with extreme burner 1.2. i want details about how to set the lock fuse in that.

When you start the programmer, there are three tabs, use the third tab for Fuse bit settings.
If you wish to write those bits, use the check box and then write it. see the attached image.

the value of fuse bits and lock bits can be calculated using the link.
