i need a referencing wave of a.c. sinusoidal in nature... about 230 volts... need to know if it can be realised using power electronic circuitry? is there already a way to do it?thanx in advance
The sine wave can be generated by a couple of opamps or a function generator, then amplified ba an audio amplifier, and then fed to a standard low power mains transformer to the secondary (low volts) winding. A 230Vac sine wave will be present at the mains winding (former primary).

for long time ago i use Wiener-oscillator to feed audioamplifier and after using small main 3-6/230 Volt transformer to make ring-signal to telephone .
if use wieneroscillator, use reguation-loop with not sense of eviroment temperature - simple soloution with bulb or anti-coupled paralell pair of diodes is very sensitive of temperature and amplitude going upp and down...
don't forgent use compensation capacitance over trafo for lowest possible idling current - reactive current from trafo heating Audio amplifier unnecessarly without this.
