i am using OV9650 camera and Solomon SSD1928 Image Processor with FX10A onboard with pic32 microcontroller(PIC32 STARTER KIT DM320001). i followed all steps in ssd1928 app note for jpeg encoding. according to app note i tried to enable jpeg (7th bit) but it turn ons dv display ready bit(2nd bit).WHY this is happening. i also tried to ssd1928 dv mode register bit 3 is set to one, then i am unable to get filesize from 3B4 registers.when i will use 0x83 in dvmode register i am getting file size.in jpeg encoding i am using fixed image width and height but in every capture the filesize from register 3B4 varies. why this happening. please clarify my doubts any one worked on this. i need to study how ssd1928 jpeg encoder works and what it gives as output. i searched in internet but i can't get the info. normal jpeg encoding sequence i studied.
