Does anyone know how to convert an output PWM pulse (from microprocessor, 5V) to high voltage PWM pulse (150-300V adjustable, <10mA current)?

Is there any typical circuit or chip to do that job?

first i would make sure you isolate the high voltage from the pic with an optocoupler, and then find some FET's that fit your biasing, stability and slew requirements. (use s parameters to determine stability) requirements and you can do it in 2 stages.
