Need replacer for 89C51RD2!!

i am using at a project the 89C51RD2 DIL-40.

But i can not find at the market any mcu DIL-40 only PLC44.

Can you recomend another mcu (that i can find in dil-40) to replace the 89C51RD2.

if it possible to write with the same hex.
