hi,
I am a beginner and I need some good references about numerical electromagnetic as I want to start implementing the equations and plot them.
(charges, E, H fields, ..etc).
Hope you can recommend some good text books.
Thanks!

It's easy to confuse Magnetic and Electromagnetic. Electromagnetic has to do with photons, radio, light, infrared, X-rays, etc.

On the internet you can find articles about Faraday's law, Lenz' law, righthand rule, lefthand rule, tesla & gauss as units describing a magnetic flux field, etc.

There are computer simulators which allow you to explore magnetic fields and how they interact.

Hi,
There are a lot's of references.
However, to begin, I suggest you to read this book writen by Matthew N.O. Sadiku : "numerical Techniques in Electromagnetics".
It's a very good reference to understand the basic elctromagnetics methods.
have a good reading.
Bye
