Need recommendation for Tx/Rx smallest chip

I would like to design a data wireless circuit.
Please recommend Tx and Rx chips.

The Tx I have no limitation for size but the Rx I hope very small.
Rx And Tx are separated(The mean is Rx side just can receive.).
Need separate spectrum for secure.
Data rate are low.
Frequency band are no limited.
Communication distance is about 1km(I can add additional PA on Tx side).
Number of components are few.
The Rx and Tx chip are easy to buy.
