Need of Phase delay IC

i am doing my project in power factor correction of dc motor using bidirectional high power ac- dc converter.i am in need of phase delay ic for generating the trigger pulse ti the thyristor.
Any who have idea plz help!!!!!!!!!!!

The simplest way of calculating the phase difference would be giving the TWO signals to an XOR gate.............

and calculating the time delay...

you could find the phase diff.....
