Martin Bates demo files

Hi guys i am studying pic microcontrollers from the book PROGRAMMING 8-BIT PIC MICROCONTROLLERS in C by Martin Bates but the demo files in the book's web site **broken link removed** are gone. Can anyone upload the demo files? Thank you all.
