i think normal inverter should work if the process can tolerate more than 10v.

Frankly, your request is rather confusing.
Would you add more details on what are you up to???

CMOS invert cell or Volt Invert ?

Is that a pulse levels or common mode range ??

Maybe It is a high-voltage circuit for some special useage. Some circuit from special process in foundry can work at 40V.

Which process do you use ?

check for the process parameters
because such high voltages can cause oxide breakdown
which technology r u using?

for low voltage inverter design the full bridge arrangement is papular because the B-H curvein this arrangement is symetrical and current in the branch in half.
if anyone need a more information replay this post.
