Need help with writing a code in VERILOG

Problem in VERILOG

Hello everyone,
Does anyone know how to do this problem? I have to do it in VERILOG.

Design a windshield wiper with the following operation:
- a user can control the wiper on three positions
- position1: the wiper is off
- position2: the wiper wipes every twenty time units
- position3: the wiper wipes every other time unit


submit the design and stimulus code, and not more than three pages of results (waveforms or other).

Please help me in getting the solution. I am unable to do it.

How about just a counter and a state machine with four states?
And this should be in the ASIC forum.
