Need help with mp4 player and phone charger

Hello,
i want to charge my mp4 player in a fast way, because i put a li ion of 720mah on it and the player usb charger (5.5v) only have 200ma of output and probably take too more time to charge.

i have a nokia phone charger with 5.7v and 800ma of output.

¿can i adapt the connector to the usb ? ¿have to use a voltage regulator?
