Need help with FSK multipath communication channel

I have a project in dsp, which asked for a fsk multipath communication channel.

I understand the concept mathematically but having some issues with matlab, can anyone offer some help with how to code Rayleigh channel equalizer, and/or a general approach on how to code a multipath channel.
