Need help with designing a main filter (autotuning)

main filter(autotuning)

i have to design a main filter(active RC filter,low pass filter) with 2 subcircuits:
one to calculate Q-factor(Q reference circuit) and other to calculate center frequency(wo)...any ideea? thank you!
