need help to deal with VGA matrix switch

Hi, I'm new to this forum.
I am doing a project on 2x2 VGA matrix switching. I am facing a problem in connecting the two outputs as shown in the figure below which I am currently implementing for my project. When connecting two inputs directly as circled in the figure, the output doesn't exists. How do I connect them efficiently. Now it is almost reached to the deadline and I am unable to complete it. Need help. Please.

I really don't understand your circuit. If it's a matrix switch, where are the switches? It looks like you are just more or less summing the two inputs into the two outputs. :???:

yes its more or less like connecting two inputs.I was facing a problem whn conecting 2 inputs together
.I found a salution for that by using npn transistor.thanks for replying
