I'm designing my final year project using the above MOSFET. I could'nt find the item here in Malaysia. Any one can direct me to the suppliers in small quantity (10 units) or help me get this item.

I relly desperate for it. Any help greatly appreciated.

They offer: IRF7603 and IRF7901 ..
