hai bro i need help for this project.
i've find the design of ecg project from site :

but i can't find the IC is AD624 but i found the AD620.by the way i don't know how to make it with AD620, can you tell me how to make this project with AD620 and what's diode that i must use cause i can't see the part number?
please help me...

try some 1n4148 but it should work without the diodes. They are for protection or better yet some SD101
 

how if i want to filter the signal to make them so clear what i must use it
 

Just use a simple low pass and then filter digital in microcontroller.
 

you need some clear signal..

the filter will extract noise and unwanted signal...
how this will work.. that is elementary questions,,

which need proper study...
